Forest grew up playing on the dirt mounds at Basset Creek Park and playing little league at Grogan Park. An alum of Cooper High School, Forest knows this community. Forest, his wife Jessi, and their two dogs live in the Forest Neighborhood where they enjoy gardening and staying active with their dogs.
Forest loves the diversity, freedom, and affordability that Crystal offers. But the best part of the city is its strong sense of community. It is rare to find a place where people know everyone on their block and businesses are owned by locals. By electing Forest, our city will continue to be a thriving community where all residents regardless of what they look like, what they believe, or where they came from can feel safe and prosper.
Forest has worked over a decade in the natural resource field as a park ranger and planner with the Army Corps of Engineers and National Park Service. He attended the U of MN: Twin Cities for both his bachelors (environmental science) and masters degrees (natural resource management).
Forest currently works for the Minnesota Commerce Department as an energy regulatory supervisor. He is a proud member of his labor union and truly believes in public service. He has served on the Crystal Parks and Recreation Commission and was elected to serve on the Crystal City Council in 2023.
It should go without saying, but Forest Eidbo has a clean background without a criminal past. Forest is someone you can trust, see for you self: Court Record Search.
